Each programme is tailored to the needs of the individual Council and delivered at a time and place that is best suited to its Councillors.

One Councillor told us: “We have had many different training providers over the years, but I can honestly say that the NAC training has been the best.  The trainers listen to the needs of the Councillors, training is delivered in a practical and participative way and the trainers, as well as making it challenging, makes it enjoyable, encouraging all Councillors to question, share their knowledge and participate in a non-threatening atmosphere.”
